Our team of experienced staff can assist you in any way, just as a permanent on-site personal assistant or secretary would operate. More often than not, a secretary or PA's desk would be some distance away from your own desk. You would communicate using emails or post-it notes. This can be exactly how you would utilise us. 

Some people prefer to email their instructions through - one at a time, or even one email containing a list of instructions or tasks.  Some people prefer to write their instructions on notes or on the documents themselves. Whatever works for you will work for us. You could have a tray set aside on your desk - each Friday, you could mail/courier the contents of the tray to us. We could either set up a filing system at our premises for you - this would serve as your back office. Or we could return the contents of your in-tray to you. Using our service means that you can set it up however you like. We will work with you.

We cater to businesses of all sizes - from the home-based business to the larger business that already have their own support staff. We can assist you on a long term or an adhoc basis - the choice is yours! There are no contracts and a mere 1 hour minimum work requirement.


Our service is very easy to use. One way in which it could work is:

Step 1   -  Call or email your job requirements through to us. We will email you a confirmation - we will also confirm the deadline at this point.

Step 2   -  We return the completed task to you.

Step 3   -  We will send an invoice to you, usually via email or post. You pay the invoice promptly - either by cheque or bank deposit.
